Georgia lands huge Texas recruit

With the Georgia Bulldogs losing two big names in their running back core, Zamir White and James Cook, Kirby Smart and the Dawgs look to fill that hole with their new recruiting class. Luckily, these young running backs see the path that former Bulldogs such as Todd Gurley, Nick Chubb, Sony Michelle, and many more have paved. After losing longtime Georgia commit Jordan James, Georgia fans were worried that more of their recruits would flip and potentially choose other schools. However, that is not the case with the newest commit from the class of 2022, Andrew Paul. From Dallas, Texas, Andrew Paul is a highly recruited 3 star running back who was predicted to go to Clemson but chose his home to be in Athens. Paul played at Keller Central running an 11.73 100 meter as a sophomore and rushing for 747 yards and 10 rushing touchdowns. While those numbers sound very promising, his 2021 junior season was better by a mere 2,000 yards. Rushing for an unbelievable 2612 yards with 41 rushing touchdowns, Georgia fans could not be more excited to see what this young man can do behind an explosive offense line such as the one protecting the quarterback at Georgia.
